What is the edition?
The edition is an exact digital replica of the printed paper. It's not a web site, but a digital reproduction.
Why can't I access the edition on my Blackberry or iPhone?
Currently, our platform (Olive) does not support access through Blackberries or iPhones; this may change in the future.
How can I navigate easily through the sections of the edition ?
Can I read the edition offline?
With one click of a button upper right hand toolbar, you can download the entire publication to your hard drive so it can be read anytime, anywhere (this option will require Flash Player 7.0 to be installed on the computer, not just the browser plug-in). Alternatively, you can print entire pages for later reference.
What are the system requirements needed to view the edition?

I used the keyword search to look for an ad but wasn't able to find it; why not?
Ads can be input as either text or images. If they are input as images, the search function is unable to search for words within that image.

I want to be able to do the puzzles- what do I need to do to do them in the paper?
The best way to complete the puzzles in the paper is to click on them and print them out. Keep checking back for on-screen interaction with the puzzles.
How do I forward an article to a friend?
We are currently unable to share articles; keep checking back for this feature.
When I click on the classifieds and it gets larger, I still can't read it.
If you double-click the classified ad you are interested, it will be displayed in a separate browser window. You can then use the plus sign to zoom in even further.
When I search for pictures, what am I searching?
When you search pictures, the captions under pictures are what are being searched.
What do I need in order to read the edition publications?
The Macromedia Flash Plug-in is a free web player from Macromedia. It displays content created with Macromedia Flash such as web application front-ends, high-impact website user interfaces, interactive online advertising, and short-form to long-form animation. This plug-in is so widely used, that it's probably already on your computer. We will automatically check for it and, if not found, will offer to install it for you. Does the edition work on MAC's?
Yes, using either Safari or Firefox browsers.
When will my editions be available?
The edition will be available by 6:00am the day of the publication.
I subscribe to the newspaper Monday through Friday; can I access the edition on Sunday?
No, you are currently only able to access the edition of the newspaper on the same days you receive the print version. If you click on the image of the paper on a day you don't subscribe to, the screen will read that it's loading but the content will not actually load.
I subscribe to the print newspaper and did not receive my paper this morning; can I receive the edition?
Yes, if your print newspaper is late or does not come at all, you can contact customer service and they will supply access to that day's edition.
My spouse wants to access the edition as well; why can't he/she create a sign-in using their own email address?
Currently, our system verifies subscriber using their telephone number. Therefore only one account can be created per household. However, you can both use the same username and password and both be able to access the edition, even accessing at the same time.
